The Brim isn't just for weddings. We'd also love to help you host your special events.
Because we offer free weddings, we do charge a small rate for those booking our space for other events.
Rates begin at $100/hour for weekdays and $200/hour for weekends. We do require a three hour minimum. Please contact us for availability.
What's Included
Our space can accommodate up to 150 seated guests outdoors. We will have up to 120 covered spaces
available in the chapel. Otherwise, everything is outdoors under our tent.
Rental rate includes 50 white resin chairs and 7 round tables. More tables and chairs are available for an additional fee of $2.50/chair and $10/table.
