Celebrate Your Anniversary

 The Anniversary Package begins at $1,100

At The Brim we believe that marriage matters. We want couples to be able to celebrate all aspects of marriage. Celebrating years of marriage is a good thing, and in some instances deserves a much larger gathering. It is our heart to help and offer our venue at a rate that allows that celebration to happen.

 

The package starts and $1,100 and includes the following amenities:

  • Access to the reception space from 4pm-9pm

  • Up to 120 guests allowed to attend

  • All tables and chairs necessary for event

  • Fridge, food warmer, and full ice machine

  • Built-in indoor and outdoor sound system. (Bluetooth connectivity and microphones available) 

Event FAQs

What about food?

Food is great! And you should bring it. Do what is best for your situation. If you want to pay a vendor to come in and provide a full setup for the event, do it! If you want to take a more DIY approach or potluck style that is great too. You will have access to the prep room to assist you or your vendor as necessary. A couple of things to note: we do not allow for cooking onsite. So cook your food offsite and bring it in and put it in our food warmer. We also can't rinse any sort of food down the sink because we are on septic. Using disposable plates and serving utensils is recommended.  

What if we want alcohol?

This is the only vendor that you must use through us. The bar package is meant to keep our property and your guests safe. If bar service is purchased, there must be a meal provided for guests. You bring the alcohol that you purchase to us the week before and we will be sure to get it chilled and ready to be served. The package cost is $650 and includes the following:

  • 3 hours of service (5pm-8pm)

  • You purchase your own alcohol

  • Up to 3 beers and 3 wine options (No Liquor)

  • All cups, napkins, stir straws, and ice. 

(IF YOU WOULD RATHER NOT HASSLE WITH PURCHASING ALCOHOL, WE CAN HANDLE THAT FOR YOU. WE HAVE A HANDFUL OF BEERS AND WINES YOU CAN CHOOSE TO BUILD A CUSTOM PACKAGE FOR YOUR GATHERING. PACKAGES START AT $23 PER GUEST FOR THE 3 HOURS OF SERVICE WITH A $1,500 MINIMUM.)

Are there any extra rental options?

Yes! Most of our rental options for the weddings we do are also available for rent at anniversary events. Do you have to use these? Nope. These options are meant to make your set up and teardown as easy as possible. Whatever you rent from us will be out and in place when you show up for the start time of your event. Some of our rental options include the following: 

  • Linens ($20 Per table, 8 color options)

  • Projector ($150- Share a picture slideshow on our 187 inch screen during your event)

  • Photobooth ($200- All guests can take pictures and you will receive a digital portfolio link at the end)

  • Centerpieces (Starting at $20 per table, with multiple options to choose from)

How early can you book this package?

We allow this package to be booked up to 10 weeks in advance. If a wedding is not booked for the evening reception slot, then it would be available for this package.  

Do we have access to the chapel?

If you would like to hold a vow renewal ceremony, you can add an extra hour on to the front end that will give you and your guests access to the chapel for $400. So total access time is now from 3pm-9pm. Hold your ceremony at 4:30pm, ring our historic bell, and then head over to the reception space to celebrate. Bar will open right after the ceremony and then end 3 hours after.

What if we want an extra hour or two?

We won't add more time at the end of the event. But we will at the beginning if it is available! $150 per extra hour desired. This option would be great for folks that have a little more to set up. However, we see an hour to set up before the event starts is often plenty of time for folks. Adding hours is not designed to add more time to bar or overall event length. It is meant for setting up if desired. 

What could this event look like?

You can do this a couple of different ways. You could have a specific start time. Invite all of your guests to show up at 5pm, grab a drink, mingle, serve dinner, give some speeches, and enjoy being together. Or maybe you want a little less formal. You could tell people they can come and go during a window of time (5pm-8pm). Do it however you like, just know we ask that no more than 120 people be on the property at a single time. 

The Process:

Complete this form with your desired date and preferences, and we will contact you. Then we will send you a contract and collect your 50% deposit to get you officially booked!
