Corporate Events

Package begins at $1,800

While The Brim hosts hundreds of weddings every year, there are still plenty of slots open during the day where the reception space is available for non wedding use. This package is designed to give you and your company the best place to come, share a meal, collaborate, and host meetings, workshops, or work days. 

 

The package starts at $1,800 and includes the following amenities:

  • Access to the reception space from 8am-5pm

  • Up to 100 people onsite

  • All tables and chairs necessary for event

  • Fridge, food warmer, and full ice machine in prep kitchen

  • Built-in indoor and outdoor sound system. (Bluetooth connectivity and microphones available)

  • Access to the 187inch screen and projector. (Airplay or HDMI hookup) 

  • Fiber internet wifi access for all in attendance.

Event FAQs

What about food?

Food is great! And you should bring it. This package is designed to go over the lunch hour. Do what is best for your situation. If you want to pay a vendor to come in and provide a full setup for the event, do it! If you want to take a more DIY approach or potluck style that is great too, or have box lunches delivered. You will have access to the prep room to assist you or your vendor(s) as necessary. A couple of things to note: we do not allow for cooking onsite. So cook your food offsite and bring it in and put it in our food warmer. We also can't rinse any sort of food down the sink because we are on septic. Using disposable plates and serving utensils is recommended.  

What if we want alcohol?

This is the only vendor that you must use through us. The bar package is meant to keep our property and your guests safe. If bar service is purchased, there must be a meal provided for all in attendance. You purchase alcohol ahead of time and schedule a drop off time prior to the event- when it will be chilled and ready to be served. The bar package cost is $650 and includes the following:

  • 3 continuous hours of service within your time slot 

  • Bartender

  • All cups, napkins, stir straws, and ice. 

 

You purchase your own alcohol, to include up to 3 beers and 3 wine options (No Liquor).

(IF YOU WOULD RATHER NOT HASSLE WITH PURCHASING ALCOHOL, WE CAN HANDLE THAT FOR YOU. WE HAVE A HANDFUL OF BEERS AND WINES YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM TO BUILD A CUSTOM PACKAGE FOR YOUR GATHERING. PACKAGES START AT $23 PER GUEST FOR THE 3 HOURS OF SERVICE WITH A $1,500 MINIMUM.)

Are there any extra rental options?

Yes! Most of our rental options for weddings are also available for rent during corporate events. Do you have to use these? Nope. These options are meant to make your set up and teardown as easy as possible. Whatever you rent from us will be out and in place when you show up for the start time of your event. Some of our rental options include the following: 

  • Linens ($20 Per table, 8 color options)

  • Photobooth ($200- All attendees can take pictures and you will receive a digital portfolio link at the end)

  • Centerpieces (Starting at $20 per table, with multiple options to choose from)

How early can you book this package?

We allow this package to be booked up to 10 weeks in advance. If a wedding is not booked for the evening reception slot, then it would be available for this package. (1:00-10:00pm)

What if we want multiple days?

As long as the dates are available, we are willing to book a second or third day for $1,200 each. Linens and other rentals can stay overnight, saving you extra money for those days. Every day, you may add on a bar package at the bar package price above if desired. (Or you can do non-alcoholic drinks at no cost and manage those yourself or through a caterer.)

What if we want an extra hour or two?

We will let you add more time if it is available at $200 per extra hour desired. This option would be great for folks that have a little more to set up or maybe you would rather stay a little later and enjoy dinner with those you invited. 

The Process:

Complete this form with your desired dates and preferences, and we will contact you. Then we will send you a contract and collect your 50% deposit to get you officially booked!
