Service Description
This service is for the bride who has found their vendors and managed the big details. Relax and don't stress, as our experienced coordinator manages ALL of the little details, including your vendor arrivals, ceremony details (bridal party entrance, musicians, etc), decoration placement, and more. Sit back and enjoy your special day, while we handle it all for you! Reserve coordination today for your BRIM wedding by letting us know you'd like to add it on to your booked ceremony and reception! PACKAGE INCLUDES: • Coordinator on site for ceremony and reception • Two one-hour planning meetings • Complimentary rehearsal (scheduled per availability) with coordinator present • Vendor arrival timeline and coordination • Ceremony details • Placement and coordination of ceremony decor • Placement and coordination of reception decor (centerpieces, escort cards, signs, etc) • Reception timeline coordination with DJ and Photographer • Packing up event decor
Cancellation Policy
For reception and PAID ceremony bookings, 50% of your total balance is due at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable deposit to hold your date, and the other 50% of your balance is due 60 days prior to your event. For FREE ceremonies only, if you notify The Brim at LEAST thirty (30) days in advance that you need to cancel or change your reserved time, you are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund. Any changes less than 30 days before your date will receive NO REFUND, regardless of the reason. Notification must be in an email and with acknowledged receipt! Rescheduled events may only be rescheduled to a date occurring in the same calendar year. There is a $200 reschedule fee.
